NHS Continuing Healthcare
NHS Continuing Healthcare (often referred to as NHS CHC or just CHC) is a package of ongoing care that is arranged and funded solely by the NHS specifically for individuals who have ongoing healthcare needs that have arisen as a result of disability, accident or illness.
NHS Continuing Healthcare is free. Our team will decide the appropriate package of support for eligible individuals.
