Developing Aspiring Leaders Programme

Applications are now open for the second cohort of the Developing Aspirant Leaders Programme (DAL), helping to empower and develop ethnic minority nurses and midwives towards achieving more and becoming a senior leader.

Developed by the regional NHSE/I Nursing Workforce Team, this innovative programme supports colleagues currently working between bands 6-8a and places a spotlight on the importance of inclusive leadership and allyship.
