Community Hubs Promote Wellbeing Support
Shropshire Council and its partners have launched new webpages to showcase the vital role of Community Hubs in supporting local residents and families. The hubs, located in Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Highley and Ludlow, serve as key points of support, offering a wide range of activities and services designed to keep families and residents healthy, connected and informed.
The Community Hubs provide essential support tailored to local needs, ensuring that individuals and families can easily access guidance and resources. Based on community feedback, the hubs offer early help for families, domestic abuse support, smoking cessation assistance, housing information and more. These services cater to all age groups and are closely integrated with NHS neighbourhood teams to provide seamless care and assistance.
For more information and to discover what’s on offer in your area, visit the new webpages and take advantage of the support available through Shropshire’s Community Hubs. Community Hubs are also available in Telford and Wrekin. To find out more, visit Telford & Wrekin Council web pages here.
