Values-based practices and organisational development sessions and survey

Over the coming weeks, we will be holding a number of workshops to develop values-based practices to support our organisational development. Staff are invited to join members of the Shaping our Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board Programme team, either in person or online, to co-design the tools we need to embed our values and behaviours into our day-to-day working life.

This is an opportunity to help shape our approach to interviews, appraisals and online meetings. Please note, there may be an offer of biscuits if you join us for the face-to-face sessions!
