This toolkit provides resources to help raise awareness of the SEND survey ran by NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Shropshire Council.  This relates to the survey period of August & September 2023.

To make it as easy as possible, most of this you can just copy and paste and use it without editing. It’s for use by partner organisations, charities, councils, members of the public, voluntary sector groups etc.
